Billing Information

Your medical charges are due and payable to University Pediatrics Association at the time your service is rendered. During your first visit, we ask you to sign a financial policy that contains a full explanation of our services and charges.

Insurance Information

For your convenience, University Pediatrics Association handles several PPO, HMO and private insurance plans. Please be prepared to show your current insurance card.

If your plan requires one, co-payment is expected to be paid at the time of your visit. If you have any questions about UPA accepting your insurance, please contact Lori at (979) 696-4440 ext 317 or by email.
